What I Do: Aligning executive strategy with employee clarity — especially during moments of transformation like M&A, digital shifts, or reorganizations. I've led internal comms for a matrixed, multi-billion health insurer, B2C firms, and educational service agencies. Through my career, I’ve continuously partnered directly with executives and C-suite leaders to address the unique communications needs of leadership, and built, grown and evolved vital employee channels such as intranet, newsletters, events, information campaigns, and much more.
